This retreat is for those who are seeking relief from stress from daily life or those who want to deepen or find their inner purpose.  It is for individuals who want a weekend get-away without the distractions of the outside world and help bring peace within.   This retreat is about YOU and how you can reconnect with the stillness and calm inside of you.  It is also great for anyone new to yoga or meditation, those who want a different perspective,  or to solely deepen what they have already built on in their own practice.  This is a self development retreat that will give you the tools to allow you to grow and evolve as a better person.  Any age (13 plus) is welcome on the retreat.
